Sam Altman takes the stand in trial towards Elon Musk


OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has begun his testimony towards Elon Musk in a high-profile jury trial in a California federal courtroom.

Altman, alongside OpenAI president Greg Brockman, is a main defendant within the trial introduced by Musk. Altman, Brockman, and Musk had been all a part of the preliminary founding crew at OpenAI, with Musk investing as much as $38 million within the ChatGPT-maker’s early days. However the relationship between Musk and different OpenAI founders ultimately soured, and Musk stepped away from the corporate, later happening to discovered his personal direct competitor, xAI.
