BlockShoals Explains Binance’s Philippine Regulatory Standing

BlockShoals argues SEC framework permits buying and selling entry

Quiogue didn’t dispute the BSP’s assertion and acknowledged that neither Binance nor BlockShoals had utilized for a neighborhood VASP license. The authorized adviser argued that the absence of a VASP license doesn’t stop the businesses from offering providers beneath SEC jurisdiction.
