Boxing: Daniel Dubois snatches the WBO heavyweight world championship belt


Daniel Dubois led a battle of boxing heroic in Manchester. He gained the title of world heavyweight champion of the WBO by snatching the belt from his British compatriot Fabio Wardley by stoppage of the referee.

The 28-year-old boxer thus regains a belt after shedding the title IBF towards the Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk in July 2025.
